Rick Diaz, Broker and Founder

Rick has been in real estate for over 20 years specializing in working with institutional clients to dispose of distressed assets, residential and commercial sales, as well as supporting new home builders.  Rick is homegrown and local to Rancho Cucamonga.  He graduated from the University of La Verne and enjoys the outdoors, mountain biking, and snowboarding.

Gio Aguilar, Chief Marketing Officer

Gio has been in real estate for over 20 years specializing in residential sales and marketing.  He has developed into a master of marketing overseeing an expansive marketing department.  Gio a native of Peru, loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking in the wilderness.

Ashley Pocino, Project Leader

Ashley has a strong passion to help others whether it’s their first time buying a home, selling their life long investment, or giving them a trustworthy resource; she's always there to help.
